By downloading forecasts, indicators and research reports of Kefallonia Incorporated, registered in the state of New Hampshire, and also doing business under the registered in the State of New Hampshire trade name “e-forecasting.com” and its registered electronic name “e-forecasting.com" and “www.e-forecasting.com” from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with such terms and conditions do not download the forecasts, indicators and research reports. The terms of an end user license agreement accompanying particular forecasts, indicators and research reports files upon installation or download of the forecasts, indicators and research reports shall supersede the terms presented below.

The export and re-export of e-forecasting.com forecasts, indicators and research reports  products are controlled by the United States Export Administration Regulations and such forecasts, indicators and research reports may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any country to which the United States embargoes goods. In addition, e-forecasting.com’s forecasts, indicators and research reports may not be distributed to persons on the Table of Denial Orders, the Entity List, or the List of Specially Designated Nationals.

By downloading or using e-forecasting.com’s forecasts, indicators and research reports you are certifying that you are not a national of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any country to which the United States embargoes goods and that you are not a person on the Table of Denial Orders, the Entity List, or the List of Specially Designated Nationals.
