State Housing Market

Using housing data and extensive econometric techniques, our
research department has generated housing starts and pricing
data, seasonally adjusted, to track the influence of demographic
factors and affordability upon each state's housing activity.
All data is updated monthly with a monthly periodicity. Monthly
forecasts for two years are driven by state influences and
national indicators and policies, particularly interest rates
and federal tax system changes. The forecast horizon is five
years.
